As I told Steve and Ginny today, Joann always warmed my heart; her smile, her graciousness, her sense of humor. Always the epitome of class, Joann was a ray of sunshine at our Top-Side events. She will truly be missed. Rest in peace, my friend!

It was with great sadness that I read of Joann's passing in Sunday's paper. She was indeed a true "lady." My heartfelt condolences to Lorene, Dan and her family.

I want to add my condolences to the family and friends of JoAnn. She will be sadly missed. I was so bothered when I heard the news. Elegant and always impeccably dressed everything in place head to toe. A smile on her face always. She treated everyone with graciousness and always Williams Nguyen to help anyone who needed help. I understand how Betsy could aspire to be JoAnn when she grew up as she was truly an assistant from the old school elwhich is to say everything had to be done right. No exceptions. She clearly enjoyed work but also life. I was so lucky to have had JoAnn as a part of my life. I know every one of you feel the same way. Let us celebrate her life that made our lives so much fuller and more fun.

I knew Joann through the Top-Side Aviation Club where she was an important part of the organization. I will always remember her friendly smile and her lady-like demeanor. She included family and friends in our club's celebrations and added to the festivities immensely. My sincere condolences to her family.

Dear Lorene, Dan, Steve and Virginia -
I was so sad to learn of my dear friend, Joann's passing. I have known and admired her since 1988 when I first started my career with GE as a young "twenty-something." Joann always had a positive attitude and smile to share with others no matter when you were around her. She never had an unkind thing to say about anyone or anything. I always laughed with her and said that "I wanted to be her when I grew up." She was a dear mother, sister, friend and work and Top-Side Aviation Club colleague, and she will definitely be missed by all who knew her.

Love and prayers to you all during this difficult time. ~Betsy Piscopo
