(Carol) Perley, Robert Perley (Tom Ryan), and Jane Perley (Katherine McNamee); devoted grandfather of Kelly Perley; and great-grandfather of Mila Day Bartmess. Relatives and friends may gather at Everly Wheatley Funeral Home,1500 W. Braddock Rd., Alexandria, VA 22302 on Saturday, August 18th from 12 pm to 1 pm, where a memorial service begins at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or the Parkinson’s Foundation.
