We first met Bob at the gym, and then became friends with Viki and Frank (and the kids). Bob always had a smile on his face and a story to tell. Our thoughts are with Lucy and Viki and her family.

I have known Bob and Lucy for 40 years; they started me and my wife Kathleen on a real estate investment journey that was critical in our lives. In all matters business and pleasure Bob and Lucy were thoughtful, honest and helpful. I consider it a great honor to have known them. Bob will be missed. Bob, you are in my prayers.

Bob, you were my second Dad, and a great mentor, providing comfort and guidance after John Sr.'s death. You two best friends lived the exact same length of life! You taught me how to track and quantify in every direction, because "what gets counted grows". I remember you taking me flying 45 years ago, and it is one of my most cherished memories. You took care of everyone, especially lovely Lucy, the most beautiful lady in the world. Your legacy will truly live on, as your example of how to live will be emulated by those of us who so admired you. You are True Gentleman. Looking forward to seeing you on the other side.
